Made appointment a month ago for a CLS with problems. An old but gorgeous car that holds a lot of sentimental value for my wife and I. The estimate was that the car would be ready in a few days. (more or less) The man from Kunde Service appeared rude, in a hurry and eager to get me out of there. I wanted to shake his hand but instead of excepting my handshake he took the keys out of my other hand. I hardly was able to explain the problems. I wanted to show invoices that i had from a resent, previous service the car underwent but he was not interested and said that he " started at zero". I left the car with a very uncomfortable feeling. A few days later I received an Email addressing me with "hey" stating that my car was not ready before the next Tuesday. No explanation. When I asked why, I received a short message that they broke something and it would take a while for the spare part to arrive and that he would take the cost for it. To make a long story short, I received 3 times more a message with other problems that pupped up. I lost my cool and went there after a short message stating that " we have found a break problem, cost 600 Euro, can I order?". After a heated discussion in the garage I at last told them to please fix my car, whatever the cost but let me get out of here, I finally, after 10 days received my car back. When I picked up the car, friendly people all around. Handshakes and good explanations of what was repaired. This is a large garage and that is why I picked them in the first place. A lot of positive reviews here so I believe that my "case" was exceptional. If NOT, I think that Herr Senger should thank me for setting his Kunde Service employee "straight"! Very IMPORTANT is to state that the car is driving as if it is new. It is my wife's car and she loves it. I left with no hard feelings and perhaps I will be back in a year for a service.
